Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Should you receive an incorrect order, please email us and we will ensure that you receive the correct goods. Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for online store credit within 3 months of purchase if the yarn is still commercially available. When exchanging yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customers will receive notice of their credit with www.iloveyarn.co.za via e-mail.
Fabric, books, patterns, needles, accessories and sales items may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged during shipment. We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.

All insured shipments must be insured for the full value of the contents. iloveyarn.co.za is not responsible for uninsured packages.
We try to ship all orders by the next business day. In the event there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted by email or phone. At this time, we ship with COURIER IT.
Please note that for international shipments, customs, brokerage fees and taxes may be applicable. These fees vary from country to country and the customer is responsible for these. Please note we cannot mark packages as “gift” as this is illegal.
Due to variances among colour monitors, display of colours may vary and the actual colours of the yarn may differ slightly from the colours shown on your computer monitor.
