3.1 We have relations with reputable courier services who undertake to deliver products speedily and in good quality.
3.2 I Love Yarn takes care to package products, but cannot be held responsible for neglect or mel doing by couriers or their employees.

5 PRODUCT WARRANTIES

5.1 I Love Yarn guarantees the fair quality of our products would like to maintain this quality to you. You are urged to report any defects without delay, within 24 hours of delivery.
5.2 Replacements will be considered for packaging that has not been tampered with before opening.

6 RETURNS

6.1 Returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
6.2 All returns to be in their original packaging.
6.3 Products could be replaced. Delivery charges can unfortunately not be refunded.
